Boy talks a lot now! And most of the time, he talks sense.
2 days ago, Tuesday, I had a concert with fairfield and the husband took care of boy for the day. Boy apparently had a bad dream during his nap time. He woke up trembling. Jim asked him if everything was ok, and boy replied that he had a bad dream, in which a boy ate up daddy. Titus was feeling all over daddy to make sure he was ok.
Then at night, i entered the house super quietly as I knew that daddy would be putting boy to sleep. As i heard the husband shuffle around the house, i simply stood at the little corridor leading into the living room. The silly husband shuffled around, having not the slightest idea that i was already home, and had a shock of his life when he caught sight of me. He did his best to muffle a shocked "fuck". As we both stared at each other, he in shock and me trying not to make a sound, we both heard boy from the bedroom "daddy, are you all right?" Titus must have heard silly daddy! LOL!
And this morning, Titus was settling in his high chair ready for breakfast, I was preparing his food, and daddy was preparing to go to school. Daddy filled up his water bottle and disappeared, preparing his other stuff. As dad was about the leave the hosue, Titus went "dadddy, did you forgot your water bottle?" LOL. Daddy is so blur! Thank God for Titus who is so observant and sharp, and able to verbalise well!

Botanic Gardens Again!
We love the Botanic Gardens! Boy woke up surprisingly early this morning, the weather looked great, and we decided to bring him out straight after his breakfast!
He recognised the roads, and was equally excited to be going there again. Once there, we headed for breakfast! This time, I had the Omelete with Salad. It was yummy! Boy had a share of the Hubby's crossaint, Hubby's sunny side up, my omelete, and his 2 chocolate buns! He ate so much!!!
After breakfast, Hubby had to go run some errands. So there I was with Boy, enjoying ourselves in the Gardens. He enjoyed himself, discovering the slopes there and running up and down. This Mummy was very worried, cos he was running so near the perimeter of the swan lake. One tumble would land him in the damn lake! I was practically yelling at him to be careful every single minute. Aiyoh. But thank God nothing happened.
After all that running, he was a bit tired. So we sat down and stared at pple doing qigong. Or rather, he stared. Haha. When the pple were down with their exercise, I told him that there was no one left to watch, and that we should go. He complied. Such a nice and agreeable child. Thank God there was a taxi already waiting at the taxi stand. We had a rather safe and quick journey home. :)

Zoo!
We are back from an outing to the zoo!
This is boy's 2nd visit to the zoo, and this visit is definitely a better one. Although tired, I feel accomplished and great!
First thing I did this morning was to check the weather forecast. Couldn't find it on the straits times (searched all sections!), didntt catch it on 93.8, no sign of weatherforcast on channel 5. We had to tune in to interactive TV to get it. Grr. Anyway, forcast was cloudy. The forcast for the next few days are rain with thunderstorm. We thought, heck, just go today.
Boy was generally pretty much agreeable abt most things there. He was super excited, seeing all the animals that he recognises and can name. He also enjoyed taking the tram. It was an exciting experience for him. He got a litte bored at the animal show though. Grr. But was still well-behaved. We hung around at kids world for a while. Hubby and boy went for water play. He enjoyed himself soooo much! Got himself so wet and happy! He kinda threw a mini tantrum when we had to leave though. But that was easily settled..i poped him a chocolate bun! haha. He was so hingry that he ate 4 buns at one shot!
Had lunch at ah meng's restaurant. we had nasi lemak and boy had porridge. Thank God that he is more agreeable with food now. He almost finished up his porridge. Then we half walked, half carried him out of the zoo. Boy, that was a feat!
He took his milk and napped in the taxi. Still napping now. haha. Oh well. We can start planning our next holiday outing!

Terrible Twos?
We have been going through some trying moments with boy these days. His temper is sure showing. His choice of words are also getting more demanding. Sigh.
