I'm gonna be due in about 2 weeks or so! woohoo! so exciting! currently, i have stopped teaching. schools, choirs, private students. yep. just focusing on relaxing and doing all i can to prepare for my baby boy boy's birth. And my dear boy also seems really relaxed too! He has been enjoying himself in my womb, kicking here and there. His movements are still cool and obvious...and i have been having a great time recording them down on my handphone! haha..maybe i'll show it to him when he is older.

Yesterday was my last day of teaching. wanted to celebrate, so went to catch a movie on my own. was thinking of watching step brothers, but i remembered that my lao gong also wanted to watch it. So I decided to watch mama mia instead. The show was not super fantastic. But it was "acceptable" in my opinion. well, boy boy thinks the music was great. he was happily kicking when he heard the different songs in the movie. so anyway, will most prob catch step brothers with my lao gong in the coming few days.

my boy boy weighed approx 3.5 kg as of saturday!!! wow! he is growing well. thank God. my cousin saw me last wk and commented that it looks as if i'm carrying a BALL in my tummy! THAT is how protuding my tummy is! haha. But i like! I shows how well my boy boy is growing! Even my maternity tops are not able to fully cover up my bump anymore at his stage! THAT'S how big my tummy is! At school, the young ones would try to peep up my top and some sharp eyed kids would get a view of a protuding belly. haha. oh well, no more teaching for now. no more inquisitive eyes for now. no more kids asking interesting questions about my baby. peace!

Just 1 more month...

I'm now gradually cutting down my teaching schedule. Next wk will be my last wk in kindergarten. 2 more weeks before my private students have a super duper long holiday. 1 more choir to face next wk. and thats it! I'll then be peacefully at home, preparing for Baby On's arrival. Yeah...at this point in time, name to be confirmed! So many things to do! I'm prob the only teacher in the whole of singapore to begin planning my 2009 lesson plan. Also got to clean the house in preparation of his arrival. And clean out my wardrobe which has lots of junk. Argh. Well, its the least I can do for my dear baby.

I'm just glad for my upcoming time-out. Getting really lethargic lately. I guess its due to baby's sudden growth spurts. yeah. I've put on a considerable amount of weight lately due to his growth spurts. And also realised that I'm getting increasingly tired out earlier each night. It seems that whenever he is at his active phase, I'm at my sleepy phase. So complementary!

Doing all I can in my capacity now to prepare for his arrival. clean up my messy bedroom so that there will be space for his cot. clear up the store room. yesh! its getting so crowded in there, there's hardly any walking space! do up my lesson plans so that I can devote my attention to him when he arrives. and oh ya, prepare my hospital bag! and clean up the guest room so that its liveable when grandma arrives from msia. there's a million and one things to do! i hope to accomplish all these in time for Baby's arrival! wish me luck!
