Holiday Fun!
Went to sentosa and had sand play with aunty wendee, joshua, and joel today. Was fun! Boy did his favourite stuff, playing sand, and walking by the sea with daddy. Thank God for the great company and great weather and great fun for ah boy!

Holidays!
It's the start of the year end holidays!
We had a good start as a family today. Had breakfast at Dawson together, marketing, then back home. Ah boy was happy at home, with his new creations like a dog house made up of his alphabet boards and lotsa things piled up on top! Woah, it WAS messy! It was a good morning doing some work with him, we were alternating between his favourite cutting activity, and worksheets, and his hiding in the dog house. Mum came over to give the hubby some help in setting up a new work table and tidy the house a little. Ok, I helped too!
It was a really fun and relaxing day, and we enjoyed taking things at our own pace. We even ended lunch at almost 2.30pm!! LATE! Oh well, that's the holidays for you! Looking forward to more relaxing and enjoyable days ahead with the hubby and boy!

His way with words...
Boy is getting better with expressing himself, and being more articulate. While changing him after his bath just now, I thought he emitted a little fart.
So I asked him: Did you fart?
Boy: no i didn't
Me: but I heard and smelt something. so, did u fart?
Boy: no i didnt fart. maybe it's you.
Grrr....

Movie Time!
Titus went for his first movie today! The was the Mums n babes thingy at GV. We went with wendee and jojo to watch CARS 2. Woohoo! Well, let's just say...this mummy survived.
There was a pre-movie cartoon which caught his attention and he enjoyed. Then the movie started and there he was, glued to his seat, watching it quite intently. halfway through the show, i gave him his peanut butter bread cos i thought he would be hungry. he was happy, eating his favourite bread and watching a movie. some time later, he started asking for his cars!! wendee was like huh??? there we were, watching the movie CARS while he wanted to play with his CARS!!! she managed to coax him and tell him that he would get his cars LATER. Good. Towards the end of the show, he buay tahan and demanded for his precious books. welll, this mummy actually left them all in the CAR and so had to leave the theatre (at the most drama point) to get his stuff fr the CAR. GRR.
He was kinda tired when the movie ended. so there his grumpiness began. dont wanna leave the theatre. we went for lunch at crystal jade. dont wanna eat lunch. gave him his noodles. ate it. dont wanna have round 2. demanded his pandan cake. dont wanna have pandan cake. ARGH. left the restaurant. dont wanna leave restaurant. went to buy his pandan cake. dont wanna buy pandan cake. AIYOH. left to go home. dont wanna go home. yes, he was THAT tired.
anyway, he dozed off within 5 min of driving off fr great world city. phew.
we survived.

成长，成长。。。
It's October. Wow! Long time no write!
Boy is growing fantastically well. His birthday is coming up and there is this slew of celebrations starting this evening! This evening will be dinner with THE FAMILY (aka his favourite pple in the world: ah gong, ah ma, 2 yiyis, 1 gugu and of course mummeh and daddeh as he calls us now). Wed will be celebrations in school (actual day not convenient cos it will be children's day celebrations). Thurs will be celebrate at home with mummeh and daddeh and whichever fav person is free to join in!
Therefore, this mummy needs to watch what she eats this week!
Anyways, we are mighty proud of him and his achievements. His reading skills never cease to amaze us. He has developed his own phonics - trying to read new road signs he sees. His new chinese teacher commented on how fantastic his memory was. And his motor skills are improving by the day too.
As he approaches his 3rd birthday, I pray that God will continue to watch over Titus, and may Titus grow to be a beautiful child of God who obeys God's words. Amen!
