au revoir wk 4!

i hate to say this, but...time flies! wk 4 of school is over and wk 5 is coming up. humph. so incredible that i actually survived 4 wks...technically 3 wks for me. haha. but i find it so amazing that i actually survived. thank God!oh well. i'm now down with hives, yeah. ever since last monday evening. wah lau. damn long. started first with an itch on my neck. i thought it was merely a simple normal itch. then on tue evening, as i was wrapping up wif my last student, my lip started to itch. so i drank lotsa water. next thing i knew, it began to swell up. i woke up on wed to a numb upper lip which was pretty swelled up. almost couldn't recognize myself. scary. so i took the morning off, and also choir in the arvo. thank God, really thank God that the swell went down by evening time. til now, i'm still itching. but thank God that no more swell on the lip. at least i can still go to work and earn money. and not scare away my students. yeah. really thank God. i really pray that this hives will go away soon.was talking to my colleague abt my hives. apparently one of her frens got some form of rashes during her pregnancy. hmmmm. wonder. am i possibly pregnant? we prayed hard. and hoped too. perhaps. but we dunno. all we can do is wait for now. and pray that i'm preggers this time round. pray for me, for us.

Today marks a new year, of new hopes and new dreams, and of a course a new life. I pray that this year will be better than last yr. Looking back, the Lord has provided well for me, and I pray with faith that He will provide my every need. i need more patience with my students. I need diligence to do my work. I need willpower to wake up early to get things done. I need better time management. oh well. looking forward to a new start ahead!
